This article shows the price list of Audio Visual (AV) equipment for non-teaching purposes. The iSolutions AV Store can provide equipment to:

  • All University staff
  • Affiliated departments

These charges are subject to change following periodic reviews.

Overview

The price list below should be used for:

  • Any conference or events
  • Faculty administration or meeting
  • Training purposes.

AV applies only one delivery charge per request, even if the item requested needs a stand. For example, if you are requesting a data projector or a Public Address equipment, you will be charged any delivery fee for the stand delivered with it.

Support services

The charges listed below are applicable weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00. Outside of this range, iSolutions will add Technician travel time (please see the section On-site technical Support hire rates).

Meet and Greet

- Attendance of an AVIT Technician to aid in the setup of a presentation, lecture capture, or other support
- Personnel only, no equipment required
- 15-minute maximum attendance.

Video conference support

Includes:
- VC Laptop, HD webcam, tripod, USB microphone (Boundary or personal)
- Technician attendance for setup and initiation. Maximum attendance: 15-minute
- Equipment delivery and collection.

Other software  / platforms are only supported under a reasonable endeavours basis*.

Requires working display screen and audio in room. If not present, please refer to the Equipment pricing section above.

*Reasonable endeavours: AV Support are required to take just one reasonable course of action to achieve the desired result. In deciding which course to take, we balance our support obligations against ability to deliver the service and any impact to other service users.
