If you need help or advice with your IT, there are a number of ways to get in touch with us. You can give ServiceLine a call, email us, or search for an answer using our knowledge database. You can also visit www.southampton.ac.uk/lynda and access IT tutorials delivered by experts.
ServiceLine is the University's IT helpdesk and is here to give you help and support with your IT.
The Knowledge Base contains articles about common questions and issues members of the university may come across.

If you are on Highfield Campus you can pop into the Hartley Library where we have a help desk in the main entrance on the right hand side. The help desk is open Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 17:00 when the University is open.
