Dynamics CRM - missing Applicant on Application

This article explains how Admissions advisors can fix a missing applicant. Applications should always have an applicant assigned. 

Missing Applicant

An Agent may report or you may notice that the Applicant field is empty on an application:

This will mean that:

  1. The applicant will not be able to see their application via the admissions portal
  2. Agents will not be able to process correctly the application

Correcting the Applicant

1. On the "Personal Details" tab,  note / copy the email address of the applicant:

2. On the "About You" tab search in the Applicant field for the email address and pick the correct contact:

3. Click "Save" to finish.
