This article explains how Admissions advisors can fix a missing applicant. Applications should always have an applicant assigned.
An Agent may report or you may notice that the Applicant field is empty on an application:
This will mean that:
1. On the "Personal Details" tab, note / copy the email address of the applicant:
2. On the "About You" tab search in the Applicant field for the email address and pick the correct contact:
3. Click "Save" to finish.
