How do I know which of my OneDrive files I have shared and with whom?

The visible evidence of whether a file / folder has been shared is best seen in the Web version of OneDrive. (Note: the Desktop / File Explorer version does not easily give you this information.)

The web view of your OneDrive will contain a column called Sharing. The options will be Private or Shared.

For full sharing details and to amend access:

  1. Select the file
  2. Open the details pane (This pane can be opened by clicking the i in the circle button located top right of the window)
  3. View 'Has access' section
4. Use the 'Manage Access' link to remove /add or amend the sharing options for this file
