This article guides you on synchronising the contacts on your mobile / tablet with Outlook app.

Please note that:

• When the Sync option is enabled, every contact you add or edit in Outlook will be saved to the Contacts app on your device
• Edits made directly in your device's Contacts app will not be saved to Outlook

Android

1. Open Outlook

2. Tap on your email account icon on the top-left of the screen

3. Tap on the settings icon (a gear)

4. Tap on your university email account

5. Unlock the option “Sync contacts” (and eventually “Sync calendar”)

Apple iOS

1. Open Outlook

2. Tap on your email account icon on the top-left of the screen

3. Tap on the settings icon (a gear)

4. Tap on your university email account

5. Unlock the option “Save contacts”

6. Accept the option “Save to my (iPhone / iPad)”

7. Allow Outlook to access your contacts

8. Saved contacts will be added under the contacts in your iCloud account. These contacts will sync to all devices which are signed in with the same iCloud account.
