How do I create a team in Microsoft Teams?
This article explains how to get a report on your team’s cyber security training progress.

Accessing the Team dashboard
1. Open KnowBe4
2. Log in using your university username followed by @soton.ac.uk (for example, ab1c24@soton.ac.uk) and password:
If you have MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) setup, you will need to authenticate using your preferred method. Please do not set up a username or password with KnowBe4 as this is not required to complete the training.
3. Select the Dashboard tab
4. Select the Team Dashboard button
5. Look at the section Select a Team.
From there, use the drop-down menu to select your name (and your team):
6. Select the View button
7. You will now see your name within the Select a team section.
The training progress of your team will appear within the section Team Details for the Last Year. This section will show the following information:
- Training overdue
- Training due soon
- Completed training
- Optional learning
- A list of your team showing their name, email, and training progress
