How to add or change your profile picture on your Microsoft 365 account

ServiceNow allows users to personalise their profiles by adding a custom profile picture, which will be displayed throughout the system. If a user does not upload a picture, the default image will feature their initials, derived from their preferred names and surnames.
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to add or change your profile picture in ServiceNow.
1. Go to the Service Portal.
2. Sign in to the system using your university email address and password.
3. In the top right corner, click on your name and a drop-down menu will show:
4. Select Profile.
5. Select the Upload Picture button to upload your picture.
6. Select the picture you want to upload from your files and double click to upload it.

After uploading your image, it will be visible in various areas where your name is displayed. For example, your profile picture will appear when viewing a ticket and in the activity logs associated with that ticket.
