This article guides you on updating or adding contact details on the internal telephone directory using Subscribe.
To change your contact details in the internal telephone directory and set up public visibility permissions for your phone records, follow the instructions below:
1. Go to Subscribe
2. Select Sign in to manage your existing account
3. Enter your username (for example: ab1c26) and password when prompted
4. Under Your personal details select Edit your contact details option
5. Select Edit / Delete and enter your University contact number in the first row (for example: 2xxxx)
This is the number that the switchboard uses to put calls through to you.
6. Once you have updated your contact details, you can choose to allow these records to be publicly visible or not by marking them Public YES or NO
7. Once completed, select Save to save the changes

Please note: these details will only be made available outside the University if you have ticked the checkbox Do you want your details to be publicly visible? from Your Public Visibility
