Your preferred name, location and contact details are managed through Subscribe (allow 24 hours to update to ServiceNow).
If your name or department is wrong you will need to correct this through an enquiry to HR (Staff) or Faculty Office (Students).
Team (staff only)
If you have more than one manager (i.e. you occupy multiple posts) only your first manager will be recognised by ServiceNow.
Otherwise, if any of your data is incorrect, raise an enquiry with HR.
Asset and Item Ownership
Item ownership is (generally) automatic, based on what computers or devices you have logged into.
Otherwise, to correct information about asset ownership, please raise an enquiry with iSolutions.
