Redeploy the Business World (Agresso) Desktop Client

Redeploying/reinstalling the Business World desktop client can help users experiencing slow performance.

Exit the Business World client if it is already running.

Open a Windows file explorer and browse to the client folder by typing into the address bar (replace {username} with your username) C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\ABW\UOS-Smart-Client:

Rename the ATLMS7 folder to ATLMS7-old:

Start Business World (U4BW Production) from the start menu to reinstall the application and start it (depending on your network and PC this may take a few minutes):
