Glean Software - Assistive Technology Student Access

Glean is a note taking tool designed to improve learning and productivity.

• Capture, review, edit and annotate full audio recordings of lectures (online or in person)
• Import slides to work alongside the audio recordings

There is a 70 user license for use by students with disabilities.

This software is the replacement for Audio Notetaker.

Action by Service Line

When a student requests access to Glean Software –check on the AD group jfPWSATCUsers to ensure they are a member entitled to Assistive Technology Software.

If they are go to  https://admin.glean.co   

The username and password are available from:

https://pam.soton.ac.uk/pid=4147

Click on “invite users” and enter students email and full name, this will generate an email to the user to invite them to sign up.
