Importing course timetables to Outlook and Teams calendars or Apple Calendar

This article guides you on importing your course timetables to Outlook / Teams calendars and to Apple Calendar.

Importing your course timetables to Outlook / Teams

1. Go to SUSSED

2. Select the button “Timetable

3. You will see the page “Course Timetables

4. Select the linked sentence “get your calendar feed now

5. Your iCal feed has now been created. Select the icon "Copy to clipboard"

6. Open a new window or tab on your browser

7. Paste the URL you have just copied to your clipboard

8. Launch it by pressing Enter. The downloading will start automatically

9. Open the download folder

10. Double-click the .ics file you have just downloaded

11. Select Open the file with Outlook or Outlook "New" from the dropdown menu

12. Select Always or Just once if you want to open always .ics files using Outlook or just this time

13. Select the button Import

Your teaching timetables will appear on Outlook and Teams calendars with your other meetings.

Importing your course timetables to Apple Calendar

1. Go to SUSSED

2. Select the button “Timetable

6. Open Apple's Calendar

7. Select File from the menu bar

8. Select New Calendar Subscription... from the drop-down menu

9. Paste the timetables' URL previously copy in your clipboard (step 5)

10. Select Subscribe

11. Fill out the "My Timetable" Info screen, then select OK

Screen called My timetable info. From there you can change the following settings: name of the calendar, subscription, location, remove alerts or attachments, auto-refresh,

12. Timetables will appear in the calendar's sidebar
