Legal disclaimer on downloading

  • Students becoming alumni are allowed to download their emails, contacts, and files / folders from their university OneDrive. Any other request will require approval
  • Students and alumni are responsible to ensure that any file or folder downloaded, including any third-party data, must be kept safe and secure.

If you need more information please raise a ticket with the Legal team through ServiceLine.

Other relevant notes

  • iSolutions cannot download any email or attachment on behalf of alumni.  
  • If you have previously used your alumni email address to sign up to any service, license, or social media, we recommend changing that address to another one. Neither you nor iSolutions will be able to recover your alumni email or password after June 2025.
