Why do I see "You do not have access to this record" when trying to view some tickets in ServiceNow?
X2GO can freeze when accessing ECS CAD Servers (cadteaching and cadresearch)
Workaround:
1) Install xming (https://sourceforge.net/projects/xming/)
2) Run xlaunch and configure as follows: "one window", "start no client" and save the configuration to file
3) Launch the saved file
4) connect to cadresearch.ecs.soton.ac.uk with putty and enable X11 Forwarding (under Connection->SSH->X11)
5) launch gnome-session from the putty window
