The page will list your quarantined emails with the following information:

  • Date and time of receptions
  • Subject
  • Sender
  • Quarantine reason
  • Release status Policy type
  • Expiring date
  • Recipient

Due to the last Microsoft changes and to cyber security reasons, the following buttons have been disabled:

  • Release
  • Request release
  • Delete messages
  • Preview messages

If you need a message to be released, please contact ServiceLine. Our technicians will investigate and let you know whether the message contains dangerous links or files attached or if it comes from a reliable source.
