This article guides you on downloading files and folders from Microsoft OneDrive.
1. Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your university account
2. Select the app Launcher from the top-left corner of the window:
3. Select OneDrive
4. Select the files or folders you want to download.
You can select one or multiple files (or folders) by ticking the round check box that appear close to the name of the file:
You can select all files in one go as follows:
The Download button will only appear when files or folders are selected.
5. In the top navigation, select the Download button:
You can also right-click the file and select the Download option
If you are downloading multiple files from OneDrive, your browser will start downloading a .zip file containing all the files and folders you selected. If you're in a folder and you select Download without selecting any files or folders, your browser will begin downloading all contents of the folder.
