1. Ensure you are connected to the university Virtual Private Network (VPN) with your account and the updated password.

2. Open the Run screen by doing one of the following actions:
3. Copy and Paste the following command: C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /user:soton\%username% "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
