Majordomo scans the subject and the first 10 lines of the message body for what might be admin commands (e.g. subscribe requests etc) mistakenly sent to the list rather than to the majordomo software.
In these cases majordomo forwards the message to the List Owner for approval before distributing the message to all of the List Users.
The email message will be sent to the List Owner with the subject line starting with BOUNCE: , the name of the list the message was bounced from and the reason.
