Use and configure Quick Messages in ServiceNow
Login to SitePublisher using your university credentials.
Navigate to where your new page will reside.
Select File then New Page
Enter a name for the new page.
Click on edit as shown.
Click on the add content icon the select General Content on the next screen the click on Close.
Click on the edit icon next to General Content in the Page Body section.
Click on New.
Click on the plus sign icon in the Page Content Tier area.
Click on the plus sign icon in the Page Content area.
Next select Embed Code (limited support).
Paste the embed code into the textarea as shown (replace *** with the ServiceNow environment e.g. sotonproduction).
Click OK.
Publish the page by following these instructions:
