How do I access Linkedin Learning?
I am being asked to pay for a course in LinkedIn Learning. Do I have to pay?
All links to Lynda.com content need to be manually replaced with a new user-friendly link to the same content within the LinkedIn Learning library.
If a link isn't changed then users will be taken to an error page and will not be able to access the content.
Links created after the migration should automatically have pointed towards the new LinkedIn Learning version of content and shouldn't need replacing.
It is best for users if you share Single Sign-On (SSO) links to LinkedIn Learning courses and videos so they are taken directly to a University authentication page, rather than to a generic LinkedIn Learning landing page. SSO allows us to authenticate our staff and students and notify LinkedIn Learning that the user has a current account at the University.
To find out how to get an SSO link see the guidance on Create user-friendly (SSO) links.
