Follow these steps to change the photo of yourself that appears in Outlook and in the University's OrgChart:

1. Ensure that you have the photo of yourself that you wish to use, in jpeg format (.jpg), on your computer
2. Open the Profile Photo web page and log in
3. Click the "Browse" button and choose the photo you wish to use
4. Click "Upload photo"
5. If needed, you can then crop the photo using the tool beneath
   
6. Once the photo is as you like it, click "Confirm and update photo"

Please be aware that it will take time for all of our systems to update with the new photo. Your new photo may appear in your colleagues' Outlook at different times depending on the server they are connected to and the mode their Outlook is in - please be patient. Information in the OrgChart is updated weekly, so it may take up to a week for your picture to update there. If you haven't set a photo before the same process can be used to add a photo as well.
