AV Support Request Form

There is a single form to complete if you require services from the iSolutions AV Support team.

Many services to support timetabled teaching can be provided in Common Learning Spaces at no extra charge - s
ome services may incur a charge, such as out of hours support or having an on-site technician dedicated to your event or teaching session. Non-teaching activities are chargeable and will be subject to approval of costs. For a full list of AV Support charges, please see the AV Support Costings. It may be recommended that we meet with you to discuss requirements for high profile events and conferences.

Through the form, you can request the following services:

  • Event Services
  • Meet and Greet assistance
  • Panopto Setup
  • Skype for Business
  • Streaming Services
  • Video Conferencing assistance
  • Video Recording

If the request is chargeable, you will require an Agresso Subproject Code in order to complete the form.

If you require services for multiple events (for example, an event that occurs every 2nd Tuesday between specific dates), please complete the Multiple AV Support Events spreadsheet, and upload it to the form with the “Click to attach file” section – this will be sent along with your request to AV Support.

Once you Submit the form:

  • You will receive at least three emails – one to state that the request has been created, a second that shows to whom it has been assigned, and a final message letting you know that the request has been fulfilled
  • It is likely that you will be contacted via email to discuss the request further, should any clarification be needed – reply to those emails to provide answers to questions raised
