We are currently investigating issues with the "Multiple document upload" dialog box in SharePoint. Until we have found a solution you can use the "Explorer View" instead (which many users have found to be preferable to the original method).
- tabLibrary Tools LibraryWithin the SharePoint site location select the
- In the Connect & Explore group click Open with Explorer
- The relevant location will open in Windows Explorer
- Drag and drop files into this folder to ‘upload’ them
- Close the Windows Explorer window
The SharePoint web page may need to be refreshed to see all changes
