Generic Email Account Access Request Form

 

If you require access to a Generic Email Account, you will need to complete a Generic Email Account Access form.

You will require the following information:

  • The Email Address of the account to which you require access
  • The Primary Account Owner – if you do not know the owner, a colleague that also uses the account should be able to help you with this
  • If you know the name of the Secondary Account Owner, put their name in the other input box on the form
  • In order to submit the form, you will need to tick the box that shows that you agree to the terms and conditions listed

Once you Submit the form:

  • The Primary and Secondary Account Owners will receive an email requesting authorisation
  • Once authorised by either owner, the request is then processed
  • You will receive three emails – one to state that the request has been created, a second that shows to whom it has been assigned (once approved) and a final message letting you know that the request has been fulfilled
