How to request a conference website

We can help you set up a conference site to manage the processes relating to registrations and submissions.

How to raise your request

All website requests should now be raised to the Digital User Experience Team via the form "Report a problem or request a change".

You can use this service if you want to:

  • Create a conference website
  • Compose and send a call for papers
  • Electronically accept paper and abstract submissions
  • Allow paper submitters to edit their work
  • Post conference proceedings and papers in a searchable format
  • Post, if you wish, the original data sets
  • Register participants
  • Integrate post-conference online discussions

Further information about requesting new websites including training can be found here: Requesting a new website.
