University staff can log in to Vevox at https://southampton.vevox.com with their university details which will set them up with a Vevox tutor account.

PGR students can also do so, and external users registered with Medicine can use their login starting 'nhs' followed by @soton.ac.uk to log in.

PGT students and UG students will not be able to log in via this address.  Students do not need to set up accounts to participate in Vevox sessions, so it's unlikely they'll need a tutor account.  Requests from students for tutor accounts can be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Staff who previously set up a separate Vevox account and logged in via https://login.vevox.com can do so until September, but should now look to use their university login details at the https://southampton.vevox.com instead.  Their new university account should give access to meetings created in their previous account.
