5 easy steps to setting up MFA
1. Have a quick read of the FAQs before starting | What is MFA? why is it important? What do I need? Which option is best for me Mobile app, SMS, Landline? |
2. Watch the video | The video lasts 5 minutes and will give you an idea of what you need to do before you start |
3. Follow the instructions to setup MFA | Set up will only take 10 minutes of your time to setup, and remember ServiceLine is on-hand if you have problems. |
4. Check MFA is set up and working |

5. Add a back up factor |
This is handy should you forget your phone one day. This means you’ll still be able to login if your phone breaks, is lost or runs out of battery. If you don’t set a backup, you will have to call ServiceLine to regain access to University applications. |
