WebSIS Certificate not working on Windows 10

Due to a certificate issue we are having to push out an urgent change to WebSIS. This article will cover the steps you will need to take to ensure the application continues to function correctly.

These instructions are mainly for university-owned computers running Windows 10 (with some information for personal Windows and Apple macOS devices) and will not work on:

  • computers running Windows 11
  • the Southampton Virtual Environment (SVE).
